1 c Extra Virgin Olive Oil
1/2 c Freshly Squeezed Lemon Juice (about three lemons)
1/2 t salt
1 t Italian Seasoning Blend
- In a jar with a lid, combine 1 cup olive oil with 1/2 c fresh lemon juice.
- Add 1/2 teaspoon salt.
- Add 1 teaspoon Italian Seasoning Blend.
- Whisk all until combined.
- Serve immediately or store the leftover dressing in an airtight container in the refrigerator for up to 5 days.
I whip up this dressing daily during the work week for lunch salads. My oldest child likes this dressing so much on turkey and cheese sub sandwiches he has learned to make it himself.
